My Design Process

I've been studying and understanding modern and innovative research, brainstorming, and design process methods to produce UX Strategies with stunning designs that are also scalable through design systems.

    Research, Empathy & Mapping

    I always start my process by digging deeper into the problem, constraints, and goals, conducting desk research and building a CSD matrix (certainties, assumptions and doubts).

  • Ideation & concept

    The second step is understanding and defining the problem, with a series of specific activities to the intended goal through information architecture, sitemaps, and user flows, creating ideas and concepts.

  • Design & Solution

    During this phase, I start creating and applying the style guide, design system, low or high-fidelity prototype to perform test rounds. After this I create the documentation with the experience guideline.

  • Tests & Analysis

    Now, it's time to understand the user's behavior inside the product and run Nielsen heuristics on the designs. Depending on the user problem, I'll find solutions through the prototype and final testing.

  • Delivery & Implementation

    The last part of my process is to deliver all the assets to the Development Team. I usually include high-fidelity screens, components, design systems, style guides, and all design assets in Figma (or any design tool).
